TrueMark Tech provides digital business solutions, including but not limited to e.g., Saas Software, Digital Marketing, Web Design & Development, IT Consulting, etc.].

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, without prior notice.

4.  Use of Service
  • Subscription Basis: Our Truemark Suite and Truemark Connect platforms are provided on a subscription/licensed basis.
  • Lawful Purpose: You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes .
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
  • You Agree Not to :
    1. Use our Services in any way that could damage or impair them.
    2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
    3. Use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
5.   Subscriptions & Payments
  • Advance Billing: All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan.
  • Valid Details: You must provide and maintain valid, up-to-date payment information.
  • Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or failed transactions.
6.   License 
  • Limited Access: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your business operations.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Truemark Tech
7.   Intellectual Property
  • Ownership : All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software associated with Truemark Tech are the property of Truemark Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our Services without prior written consent.
  • Protection: Our platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in India and internationally.
8.   Confidentiality
  • Any confidential information shared between you and TrueMark Tech shall remain strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the Services.
9.   Termination
  • Violation: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or our acceptable use policies.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or send us a mail.
10.  Limitation of Liability
  • Service Delivery: Truemark Tech provides the Truemark Suite and Truemark Connect platforms on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Excluded Damages: In no event shall Truemark Tech, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Platform & Data: We are not liable for damages resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Truemark Suite; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (iii) any bugs, viruses, or trojan horses that may be transmitted through our service by any third party.
  • Total Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Truemark Tech for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the single month of service in which the event occurred.
11.   Governing Law
  • Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 
12.  Changes to These Terms
  • Truemark Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
